3. Products and Services Covered

These Terms apply to the following offers and programs:

  • The Swedish Wealth Club Course (€497 one-time purchase)

  • The Swedish Wealth Club Affiliate Program (90% commission structure)

  • Free resources and guides offered by The Swedish Wealth Club

All products are digital and delivered electronically through Systeme.io, Stan Store, or other digital platforms.

4. Delivery and Access

Access to purchased products is provided immediately after successful payment. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials securely. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in removal without refund.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you gain instant access to digital material and therefore waive any right to withdrawal under EU consumer law for digital content delivered immediately after purchase (Directive 2011/83/EU).

If a payment plan fails, access to the program and affiliate rights will be suspended until full payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within The Swedish Wealth Club—including text, graphics, videos, branding, and systems—is owned by Ceta Lova Tech Solutions AB. You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials outside the scope of your personal learning experience or authorized affiliate marketing activities.

7. Affiliate Program

Affiliates are subject to the The Swedish Wealth Club Affiliate Terms (last updated July 13, 2025), which are hereby incorporated by reference.
By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to comply fully with those Terms, including but not limited to:

  • 90% commission on approved sales

  • Compliance with Swedish and EU marketing laws

  • No misleading income claims

  • Disclosure of paid partnerships (“ad”, “reklam”)

  • No refunds, chargebacks, or unauthorized discounts

Affiliates are independent partners, not employees, and are responsible for their own taxes and compliance obligations.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and Swedish Data Protection Law.
By engaging with us, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for order fulfilment, course access, affiliate tracking, and customer communication.

9. Disclaimers

Our digital education products are designed for educational and informational purposes only. We make no income guarantees or representations of financial results. Your success depends on your own actions, consistency, and market conditions.

All materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceta Lova Tech Solutions AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in the last 60 days.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms, share confidential content, or misuse our intellectual property.

12. Non-Disparagement

By joining or affiliating with The Swedish Wealth Club, you agree not to make public statements that may harm the reputation of the Company, its founders, or its community.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the exclusive venue.
